ZEHBA – Islamic Swimming wear for Muslimahs in the Emirates at Souq.com

walaikum as salam wa rahmat Allah

Dear sisters,

I just wanted to share something in the hopes that no one will mistake this swimwear for something that can be worn in public, with the false understanding that it would be halal to do so. The clothes of women must fit the Prophet peace be upon him’s description that it:
1. not be descriptive of her shape
2. not be too light (transparent)
3. not be tight on her body

There is also the hadith in which the Messenger peace be upon him describes the signs of the last day and mentions the prevalence of ludeness and the women who will be clothed but naked (due to the tightness of their clothes).

please dont misunderstand me– I own a bathing suit of the style below , I really like it, it is very nice alhamdulillah, but I only wear it in front of women for the aforementioned reasons.
I am a marine scientist and certified diver; and when I had to go in the water in public, I found that nothing could take the place of the clothing Allah ordered us to wear:  jilbab, khimar…etc. My “public”  clothes were the same style as my regular clothes; abaya scarf..etc.

May Allah show us the truth as true and bless us with following it and if anything i have said is correct then it is from Allah. and if anything i said is incorrect then it is from myself and shaytaan
