Muslim Women Writers’ Workshop International, established in 2005 in Sharjah. We are a group of Muslim women who encourage, teach, and promote creative writing on Islamic subjects. We meet the first Saturday of the month form 1:00 to 3:00 pm in Sharjah.

About Us:
Encourage women to increase their knowledge of the Qur’an and the Sunnah.
Foster an atmosphere where writers of all abilities can express themselves and not be shunned or embarrassed by providing the resources, general guidance and personal mentoring needed for development of writing potential and skills.
Support and encourage members to write about Islam in a positive way and give guidance and correction about artistic appropriateness when necessary.
Develop a library of books by outstanding writers, Muslim women in particular, and research and share information about them.
Promote reading and writing of creative fiction among Muslim women and our children, the future authors of Islamic literature.
Support unpublished authors in their efforts to seek publication, and learn about publishing, marketing, and promoting Islamic literature.
