About us

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim

As salamu alaikum dear Sister,

we welcome you at eSisters.ae and hope that you will find what you are looking for.
Our web portal www.eSisters.ae is currently under development and we decided to set up this Blog to give you assistance until it is ready.

We are a group of revert and born Muslim sisters from many different countries, nationalities and colours. We live in the United Arab Emirates and we care for our female Muslim community. Since we have experienced our self how it is to live in a foreign country, trying to find friends, learning about Islam and earning our daily income we have decided to make it a bit more easy for the Sisters to come :-)

Our aim is to develop a web based community service to provide new Muslim Sisters with all the required resources, information and events that are necessary to get along more easy within the new environment.

Beside the web based guidelines, forums, classifieds, directory and newsletter we are also there for you to help you with the basic knowledge of our beautiful religion. We can meet and pray together or learn small Surah’s of the Noble Qur’an or we just have a coffee somewhere near by to get to know each other.

Our children can visit play groups to find new friends and we can search for suitable Abaya’s and Headscarf for us.  Simply just being Sisters in Islam with all its beauty.

InshaAllah we see you soon.

wa alaikum salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh sister Asma,

thank you for viewing our website and your interest in our services. We are not giving any Islamic lectures. We are a community service and a group of volunteer sisters helping each other to find the right Islamic lectures, events, institutes etc. We are gathering information of the recent events with all its details, such as location and contents of the lectures and we can give you advise with other daily needs of a Muslim Woman’s life in the Emirates, such as finding Fitness Center, Beauty saloon, Clinics, Jobs, Sister Groups and gatherings etc.

As for Sharjah there is Al Hikmah Center, which is giving Islamic lectures. Please go to the search and enter Al Hikmah to view all the current lectures for Women and children.

Should you have any further questions you may write us an email to eSisters.ae@gmail.com

Assa lamu wa Alaykum, I recently came across this website and was wondering if you could advise me of any ‘Learning Arabic as a foreign language classes’ running in Dubai for children like myself aged 10 and above.

The best locations for me to be able to travel to are Jumeirah, Safa and Satwa.

I have found ‘translation of the Quran ‘ classes, however was hoping to learn Arabic as a language first before starting translation do you think this is the correct thing to do. Should I just book Quran translation classes if I can not find Arabic Language classes.

I am currently studying Arabic Language translation at school but am finding the pronunciation of words difficult due to having Urdu and English as my first languages.
